[edit] IRB

  • In production
  • The IRB module automates the application, review, and approval of all 3 campuses (Ann Arbor, Dearborn, and Flint) covering 10 IRB committees, and over a dozen ancillary committees, and the Cancer Center.
  • As part of the roll-out of the IRB modules, UM also implemented a Sandbox (training) store. Access to the store is available to anyone with a Friends account at UM.

[edit] IBC

  • In production
  • IBC is implemented in the same store as IRB, but is a seperate project and workflow from IRB.

[edit] Proposal Management

  • In limited release
  • Implementing the the SF424 product as part of the automation of proposal management for all external funding at the institution.
  • Implemented as a separate store from the IRB system. The workflow is mainly built around the internal routing form (called the Proposal Approval Form) which collects proposal data for institutional review and approval.
